Our wine is produced from two estate vineyards. The hillside vineyard is south facing sandy loam, planted in 1999. This block produces wines with classic red fruit character - cherry and plum, with some herbal notes. The creekside block is primarily adobe soil in a low area. The Cluster size is small and uniform, and yields are low. The wine has dark fruit character, plum and blackberry.
